Missed Pour Description

Establish Missed Pour Descriptions for use when a production bed pour is missed. Those active Missed Pour Descriptions will be shown within the "Production-> Production Planning - Edit" menu. From the Production Planning screen find the bed you'd like to schedule maintenance by double clicking on the blue bed diagram(See Below Figure 1).. From the "Schedule Bed -Edit" page, click on the "Missed Pour" button (See Below Figure 2). The Missed Pour Descriptions activated from the "Configuration -> Production Setup -> Missed Pour Descriptions" screen will be found as a drop list option box labelled Description. (See Below Figure 3)

You access the Missed Pour Descriptions from the Configuration > Production Setup menu (Figure 4).

The Missed Pour Descriptions screen (Figure 4) is where you can add and edit Missed Pour Descriptions.

Click the "Add new record" button from the main Missed Pour Descriptions screen (Orange box in Figure 5) to open the Missed Pour Descriptions Add modal (Figure 6).

1. Enter a missed pour description.
2. You can mark the missed pour description as active or inactive .
3. To add the Missed Pour Description click the "Update" button on the Add screen (Green box in Figure 6).

Click on the "edit" button to the left of the Missed Pour Descriptions you'd like to edit (Green box in Figure 7). That will open the Missed Pour Description Edit modal (see Figure 8).

1. You can change the missed pour description.
2. You can mark the missed pour description as active or inactive.
3. To save the Missed Pour Description changes click the "Update" button (Green box in Figure 8).

1. Click the "delete" button to the left of the Missed Pour Descriptions you'd like to remove (Red box in Figure 2).
2. Click "OK" in the dialogue box that appears to confirm you wish to delete the record.
