QC Verification by Bed

The screen is used to get to a list of beds so the user can complete the Pre-Pour and Post Pour inspection checklists.

You access QC Verification by Bed from the Quality Control > QC Verification by Bed, shown below.

The QC Verification by Bed screen (See Figure 2) is where you see a list of beds ready for QC Verification.

The list screen will display a list (See Figure 2) of the beds available for QC Verification for the give search parameters.

Each bed is divided into a table on the screen (Red Box in Figure 2). The status for the beds is displayed in the top part of the box, the status for each task needed for QC Verification will in the columns next to Pcs, a blank  columns means that it hasn’t started yet, a red x means that is has been started but hasn’t been completed and the a green check marks is displayed with everything is completed.

The section under the beds area is where you display the status of the piece marks for the bed in question. The columns after the piece mark columns display the status of the piece in Pre-Pour Check List, Post Pour Check List., if the Piece has a Open NCR and Preshipping Check List, , a blank  columns means that it hasn’t started yet, a red x means that is has been started but hasn’t been completed and the a green check marks is displayed with everything is completed.

To select the bed you would like to work on, click the name of the bed and it will take you to the Pre-Pour Check List screen.
