The screen is used to verify that the production bed is ready for the piece(s) to be produced and that any special requirements for the piece are met.
You access QC Verification by Bed from the Quality Control > QC Verification by Bed, click on the bed you would like to view.

List Screen
Before you can start working on the individual check list they need to be created, you can created all of the checklists at once if you click on the Start All button (Green Box see Figure 2). If you want to create only one check list at a time, you can click on the arrow in the circle button (Yellow Box see Figure 2). If something went wrong or you want to start over, you can click on the Delete button (Red Box see Figure 2)

After the check list was created you can edit the check list by clicking on the Edit button (Blue Box see Figure 3).
If you would like to delete a check list you can click on the Delete button (Yellow Box see Figure 3).
If you would like to add a picture to the check list, click on the Add Picture button (Orange Box see Figure 3)

The edit details are broken into five columns.
Unchecked: Items that need to be looked at.
NA: Doesn’t apply to the piece in question.
Pass: The issue has passed inspection.
Fail: The Issue hasn’t passed inspection. - Pieces that have a Pre-Pour check list item that has failed are still able to be produced.
Fixed: The problem found has been fixed.
Pieces that have a Pre-Pour check list item that has failed are still able to be produced.
If you need to add a picture to the check list item click on the Picture button (Green Box see Figure 4).
When you have completed the check list item you can click on the Save (Red Box see Figure 4), Save and Close (Yellow Box see Figure 4) or Prev/Next Buttons (Orange Box see Figure 4).

Complete Check Lists
When all of pieces have went through the Pre-Pour Check List (See Figure 5) then need to be marked as completed, you can do this in one of two ways.
- By clicking on the check mark buttons (Green Box see Figure 5) for each line.
- By clicking on the Complete (Orange Box see Figure 5) for the whole bed.

EDIT BED POSITION, CTRL No., AND HEADER CONTACTS
You can now update the header row of associated contacts. To do so, choose the contact in the dropdown (see Top Row of Purple Box in Figure 6), then press the Save & Close or Save buttons (Green Box Figure 6).
You can also simultaneously update the bed position (Lower Left Purple Box in Figure 6) , SO LONG AS the row/Piece is not complete (Completion is done by pressing the checkmark (see Red Box in Figure 6) and is also denoted by there being a "Restart" option.)
If your System settings allow for CTRL No. Changes at this stage then you can also update the CTRL No. (Lower Right Purple Box in Figure 6) following the same rules as above for Bed Position changes.
