You access Pre-Pour Checklist from the Configuration > Quality Control Setup > Pre-Pour CheckList (Figure 1).

The Pre-Pour Checklist screen (see Figure 2) is where you can view and edit a checklist categories and checklist details.

Add New Category
- Click on the Add New button (Green Box in Figure 2). The Add Pre-Pour Checklist Category Add/Edit screen (Figure 3) will open.
- Enter a category name.
- Enter an order by.
- Click the “Save” button to save this information and view the information, or click the “Save & Close” to save this information and go back to the main screen.

Edit Category
- Click the “+” icon (Red Box in Figure 2).
- In the first column select the edit button (Red Box in Figure 5).
- You can modify the category name.
- You can modify the order by.
- You can activate or deactivated the category.

**If you don’t click on either the Save or Save and Close button and navigate off this screen, your changes will be lost.
Delete Category
To delete a category, just click on the delete button of the category (Green Box in Figure 2) you wish to delete. You can only delete a category that does not currently have any details assigned to it. If the category has details assigned to it, the delete button will be disabled.

Add New Item
- Click on the Add New button (Blue Box in Figure 5).
- Enter an item name.
- Enter a tolerance (Not Required).
- Enter an order by.
- Select the products that the item will be used with.
- By clicking on the check box in the Green Box in Figure 6 you will select all products.

Edit Item
- Click on the Edit Detail Button (Orange Button).
- You can modify the item name.
- You can modify the tolerance (Not Required).
- You can modify the order by.
- You can activity or deactivated the category.
- Select the beds that the item will be used with.
- By clicking on the check box in the Green Box in Figure 7 you will select all products.

Delete Item
To delete item, just click on the delete button of the item (Black Box in Figure 5).
