To look up a Piece Mark, First Navigate to the Piece Mark Lookup screen, which can be found under the Report menu as seen below (Green box in Fig. 1).

Once on the Piece Mark Lookup screen you can either type in the Piece Mark Number or scan the barcode for it if you have a camera enabled on the device.

If you are typing in the Piece Mark then type the number into the "Scan Piece" input box, then either press the "tab" key on your keyboard or click away from the input box

If you have a camera on or attached to the device and you want to scan the barcode instead of typing it in,
click on the "Scan" button* (Green box in Fig. 2) and adjust the scanning device so the barcode appears horizontal** in the viewing window that appears (Fig 3).

*If this is your first time using this/a camera in the browser you may be asked to "allow" the camera to be used by the browser.
In Chrome & Firefox this appears as a message in the top left corner near where the start of the URL bar is.
In Edge, the message appears at the bottom of the screen/window.

**Please ensure the barcode you are scanning appears as horizontal (so the lines of the barcode are vertical) as possible in the viewing window (Fig. 3) that appears after you click "Scan" to ensure a quick and accurate scan. Try to also ensure the full barcode is viewable and even slightly smaller than the full width of the viewing window for best results.

Once you've either entered or scanned a valid Piece Mark, the screen will show a summary of of the Piece information along with a couple reports, Production NCR's if available, and a Photo Log if available (Fig. 4).

To lookup a new Piece Mark you can either just manually enter the new Piece Mark number or press the "Scan" button again and scan the new barcode.

You can reset the scanner/number by pressing the "Reset" button (Red box in Fig. 2).
