Bed Maintenance Descriptions

Establish Bed Maintenance Descriptions for use during the production process. Those active Bed Maintenance Descriptions will be shown within the "Production-> Production Planning - Edit" menu. From the Production Planning screen find the bed you'd like to schedule maintenance by double clicking on the blue bed diagram(See Below Figure 1).. From the "Schedule Bes -Edit" page, click on the "Bed Maintenance" button (See Below Figure 2). The Bed Maintenance Descriptions activated from the "Configuration -> Production Setup -> Bed Maintenance Descriptions" screen will be found as a drop list option box labelled Description. (See Below Figure 3)

You access the Bed Comments from the Configuration > Production Setup menu (Figure 4).

Add Bed Maintenance Description

Click the "add" button from the main Bed Maintenance Descriptions screen (see Green box in Figure 5) to open the Add Bed Maintenance Description dialog window (see Figure 5).

1. Enter a Description.
2. You can mark the Bed Maintenance Description as active or inactive.
3. To add the Bed Maintenance Description click the "Update" button on the Add New dialog (see the Green box in Figure 5).

Click on the "edit" button to the left the Bed Maintenance Description you'd like to edit (see the Green boxes in Figure 6) this will bring up the Edit Item window  (see Figure 7).

1. You can change the description.
2. You set the Bed Maintenance Description's status as active or inactive.
3. Click on the "Update" button to Save your changes (see the Green box in Figure 7).

1. Click the "delete" button to the left the Bed Maintenance Description you'd like to delete (see Red box in Figure 8).
