Using the Piece Mark Loading Verification screen under the Yarding menu (Figure 1), you can verify piece marks while/for loading based on the Location, Project, and Load.

Figure 1
**In order to populate the screen with Piece Marks you must first complete all three fields of the Filter and press the "Search" Button.

Figure 2
Filter
The Filter (Purple box Figure 2) must be filled out from left to right. This is because the Projects that appear in the dropdown are based on the Location, and the Loads are based on the Project.
After completing each dropdown, you can search for all piece marks for loading by pressing the Search Button (Green box Figure 2).
To remove all selected filters, use the Clear Button (Red box Figure 2)
Figure 3
Drawing File
** You can view piece mark drawing files using the file icon next to a piece (Purple box Figure 3)
Verify
To select a specific Piece for loading, use the unique number(s) in the Piece S/N, CTRL. No., or Bed Date/Name/Pos columns to select the correct Piece. If multiple Pieces of the same Piece Mark are available (Orange box Figure 3), you can use any of the unique identifiers to select the correct one. Once you select the piece using any of the dropdowns, the corresponding information in the other columns will be automatically updated. Once all Pieces have been verified, use the “Save” or “Save & Close” Button (Green box Figure 3) to save the information.
**If loading a piece causes a conflict, such as the piece already being assigned to another load, a message will explain any changes or attempted changes that occurred (Yellow box Figure 3)
Un-Verify Piece
**Any changes to other loads that have occurred, like that mentioned above that are noted in a message at the top of the screen, will remain in effect even if you remove /Un-verify a piece.
To remove/Un-Verify a piece, use the corresponding “X”/Delete Button (Red box Figure 3) and confirm that you wish to Un-Verify the the piece for the load.
New Features
1. With the addition of SKU's for piece marks (new column shown in green rectangle, in Figure 4), you will now be able to load any valid piece serial number, that is tied to a piece with the same SKU, as the piece currently assigned to the load. If a piece mark contains a SKU number, the job number is prepended to the data under the "Piece S/N", "CTRL Num", and "Bed Date/Name/Pos" columns (shown in Figure 4).
2. You are also now able to directly scan a piece by using the "Scan" button, next to each piece mark you're loading (see yellow rectangle in figure 4). If the piece serial number scanned is in the list of manually select-able pieces in the drop downs, it will get selected automatically. If the piece is not valid, you will be notified to select a different piece.
