Trailer Loading

You can keep track of trailer loading on the Trailer Loading screen. You can get to this screen by going to the yarding menu on the main menu (see below Fig. 1.).

When you first navigate to the screen, it will be primarily blank except for these three dropdowns at the top of the screen (Fig. 2.). To use the screen you must select an option for each dropdown, and they MUST BE FILLED OUT IN ORDER, FROM LEFT TO RIGHT. The reason for this is because each dropdown will be populated by the previous options selection. For example, Project will be blank until you select a Location, because the projects available are dependent on the location. Same with loads being dependent on the project being selected.

Search

Once you have all dropdowns selected press the “search” button (Green box in Fig. 3.), or “clear” if you wish to remove the filters, to search for the corresponding trailer.

Understanding the Screen

On the left side of the screen you can see a list of all the Piece Marks needed for the job to be loaded. On the right you can see all the piece marks mapped out by their location, IF they were assigned yard locations.

*If you can not find pieces on the map it means the piece marks were not assigned to yard locations.
