You access the Stressing Calculations from the Production menu (Figure 1).

The Stressing Calculations screen is where you can add and edit Stressing Calculations. The main screen is where you select which bed you want to view the stressing calculations for (Figure 2).

Add Stressing Calculations
To add a production bed after selecting a location;
- Click on the "Add" (Green Box top right screen Figure 3). The Production Bed Setup screen will open.
- Bed Name, this is the name that shows up on the production planning screen.
- Bed Length is the total length, in decimal format, you can pour product on the bed. (I.E.: 145.5000 would be 145' - 6" of total product length)
- Bed Width is the total length, in decimal format, you can pour product on the bed. (I.E.: 8.000 would be 8' - 0" of total product width)
- Bulkheads is the total length, in decimal format, of a standard bulkhead on every pour on the bed. (I.E.: 0.7500 would be 0' - 9" bulkhead)
- Max Weight is the total weight, in pounds, of a single piece that can be poured on the bed.
- Order By is used to sort how the beds will be shown on the Production Planning screen.
- Is HC Bed is a checkbox that indicates if the bed is used for hollowcore production.
- Active is a checkbox that indicates if the bed is active or not, if not active it will not show up on the Production Planning screen.
- Strand Length is the total length of a single strand including waste, in decimal format, for the bed. (I.E.: 155.5000 would be 155' - 6" of total strand length including waste)
- Shortening is the total length of a strand shortening, in decimal format, for the bed. (I.E.: 0.0313 would be 3/8" of total strand shortening)
- Dead End Slip is the total length of a strand slip, in decimal format, for the bed. (I.E.: 0.0104 would be 1/8" of total strand shortening)
- Live End Slip is the total length of a strand slip, in decimal format, for the bed. (I.E.: 0.0104 would be 1/8" of total strand shortening)
- Prestressed Bed is a checkbox that indicates if the bed can be prestressed.
- Stem Depth, if a double tee bed, is the largest stem depth allowed on the bed, in decimal format. (I.E.: 1.5 would be 1' - 6" maximum stem depth)
- Chuck-to-Chuck is the total length of a single strand from chuck-to-chuck not including waster, in decimal format, for the bed. (I.E.: 150.5000 would be 150' - 6" of total strand length chuck-to-chuck)
- Self Stressing is a checkbox that indicates if the bed can be self stressing.
- Single Strand Stress is a checkbox that indicates if the bed can be single strand stressed.
- Harped Strand is a checkbox that indicates if the bed can have harped strand.
- Click the “Save & New” button to save this information and create a new bed, or click the “Save & Close” to save this information and go back to the production beds by location screen.

Delete Stressing Calculations
** A bed must have no cross sections to be deleted
- Click the "delete" button (see Red box Figure 3) to the corresponding bed you'd like to delete.
- Click "OK" on the confirmation box to delete the bed.
Edit Stressing Calculations
To edit a production bed:
- Click on the Edit button(Yellow box in Figure 3). The Production Bed Setup screen (Figure 4) will open.
- Bed Name, this is the name that shows up on the production planning screen.
- Bed Length is the total length, in decimal format, you can pour product on the bed. (I.E.: 145.5000 would be 145' - 6" of total product length)
- Bed Width is the total length, in decimal format, you can pour product on the bed. (I.E.: 8.000 would be 8' - 0" of total product width)
- Bulkheads is the total length, in decimal format, of a standard bulkhead on every pour on the bed. (I.E.: 0.7500 would be 0' - 9" bulkhead)

- Click the “Save” button to save this information and return to the screen, or click the “Save & Close” to save this information and go back to the production beds by location screen.
