You access the Stressing Tolerances screen from the Configuration > Production Setup menu (Figure 1).

The Stressing Tolerances screen (Figure 2) is where you can view and edit Stressing Tolerances.

Stressing Tolerance Fields
- Code is a unique 10 character code for each stressing tolerance.
- Gauge Low Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Gauge High Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Elongation Low Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Elongation High Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Total Low Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Total High Percent is entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
- Active is a checkbox that indicates if the stressing tolerance is active or not, if not active it will not show up on any screens.
- Order By is used to sort how the stressing tolerance will be shown on screens.
Add Stressing Tolerance
To add a new Stressing Tolerances, fill in the top row of the table. Once filled in, click the “+” button (Yellow box Figure 2) to add the new Stressing Tolerances.
Edit Stressing Tolerance
To edit any Stressing Tolerances, change the values on the row of the strand type you wish to edit, then click the “Save” (Green box Figure 2) or the “Save & Close” button (Red button Figure 2).
Delete Stressing Tolerance
To delete any Stressing Tolerances, click the “X” button (Black box Figure 2) of the corresponding row of the Stressing Tolerances you wish to delete. Stressing Tolerances can not be deleted if associated with any stressing calculations.
