Stressing Tolerances

Overview

The Stressing Tolerances screen is part of the configuration needed in Concrete Vision to complete Stressing Calculations on production beds.

Accessing the Screen

Navigate to Configuration > Production Setup > Stressing Tolerances from the main menu (Figure 1).

Understanding Stressing Tolerance Fields

1. Code: a unique 10 character code for each stressing tolerance.
2. Gauge Low Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
3. Gauge High Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
4. Elongation Low Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
5. Elongation High Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
6. Total Low Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
7. Total High Percent: entered in decimal (I.E.: 0.05 would be 5%).
8. Active: a checkbox that indicates if the stressing tolerance is active or not, if not active it will not show up on any screens.
9. Order By: used to sort how the stressing tolerance will be displayed on screens.

Add a Stressing Tolerance

From the Stressing Tolerances screen (Figure 2):

1. Fill in the top row (green box in Figure 2) of the stressing tolerances table.
2. Click the “+” button (green arrow in Figure 2) to add the new stressing tolerance.

Edit a Stressing Tolerance

From the Stressing Tolerances screen (Figure 2):

1. Change the values on the row of the stressing tolerance to edit.
2. Click the Save button (yellow box Figure 2) to save info and remain on the screen or the Save & Close button (yellow box Figure 2) to save info and close the screen.

Delete a Stressing Tolerance

From the Stressing Tolerance  screen (Figure 2):

1. Click the Delete icon (red box in Figure 2) of the corresponding row of the stressing tolerance to delete.
2. Click Okay to confirm deletion.

Note: Stressing Jacks can not be deleted if associated with any stressing calculations.
