The screen is used to add a fuel surcharge to loads depending on Plant Location and/or Carrier.
To get to the Trucking Rates screen you first have to get to the Job Information screen. To get to the Job Information screen click on any of the Job Lookup links under all the main modules on the main menu (Figure 1 for example), then click on the edit link to the job you wish to view or edit the trucking rate of (Green box in Figure 2). Once on the job info screen, click on the trucking rates tab (Green box in Figure 3). You should now be on the Trucking Rates screen (Figure 4) for a specific job.

Adding Trucking Rates
To add a new Trucking Rate, fill in the applicable items on the top row of the screen:
- Plant (Must select one)
- Hauler/Haul Escort (Must select one)
- Type (Per Mile, Flat Rate or Hourly)
- Miles (Must be a non negative number)
- Rate (Must be a non negative number)
- Total Cost (Will be filled in automatically, will be equal to rate if flat rate is checked, otherwise it will be miles * rate)
- Type Fuel Surcharge (No Charge, Percentage, Base Differential, Fixed)
- Base Fuel Price (Must be a non negative number)
- MPG (Must be a non negative number)
After filling in all fields to be added, click the "+" button (Yellow box in Figure 4) to add the carrier rates.
Edit Trucking Rates
To edit carrier rates change the field(s) corresponding to the row(s) you wish to adjust, then click the "Save" button (Green box in Figure 4) to save and return to the screen or the "Save & Close" button (Red box in Figure 4) to save and return to the main menu.
Delete Trucking Rates
To delete a carriers rates, click on the "X" delete button (Orange box in Figure 2) on the row associated to the rates you would like to delete and confirm you would like to delete the rates.
