How to Use Job Lookup in Concrete Vision

The Job Search screen:

• Filters all jobs within Concrete Vision
• Provides a quick view of job details
• Exports jobs list to Excel

Finding the Job Search Screen

Navigate to the Jobs menu > Job Lookup (Figure 1). Information for a specific job can be found using the Job Search screen (Figure 2).

The Job Search screen (Figure 2) is where you can view and edit an item.

Edit Job Information

Click on the edit button. (Orange Box see Figure 2).

Filtering the Job Table

1. Click on the filter button.
2. You can select Status.
3. You can select Plant.
4. You can filter by Job Name.
5. You can filter by Job Number.
6. You can filter by Estimate Number.
7. You can select Country.
8. You can select State.
9. You can select Project Contact.
