Job Lookup

Overview

The Job Search screen:

• Filters all jobs within Concrete Vision
• Provides a quick view of job details
• Exports jobs lists to Excel

Accessing the Job Search Screen

Navigate to Jobs > Job Lookup in the main menu (Figure 1).

Filtering the Job Table

The Job Search screen (Figure 2) is where you can look up a specific job and view or edit the job information. Jobs can be located quickly using the Filter.

1. Click on the Filter button.
2. Fill in the applicable fields to narrow your search.
3. You can select Status.
4. You can select Plant.
5. You can filter by Job Name.
6. You can filter by Job Number.
7. You can filter by Estimate Number.
8. You can select Country.
9. You can select State.
10. You can select Project Contact.
11. Click the Search button.

Editing Job Information

Click on the Edit icon (orange Box see Figure 3).

Export Jobs List & Information

1. Using the Filter tab, narrow down the list of jobs displayed on the Job Search screen.
2. Click the Export button in the top right of the screen.
3. Select the information for the export by moving Available Columns to Selected Columns (Figure 4).
4. Click the Export button (Figure 4).
