The Weather Conditions module is where weather conditions are defined and managed. These defined weather conditions are used by the Weather module found within the Production menu.
You access the Weather Conditions screen from the Configuration -> Production Setup menu, shown below.

Add Weather Condition
Click the "Add new record" button from the main Weather Conditions screen (see the Green box in Figure 2) to open the Weather Condition Add Item window (see Figure 3).

- Enter a Weather Condition. (Character Max: 50)
- Specify the Weather Condition's Order By
- Specify if the new Weather Condition is [ Active ] for use in the application by checking it ON/OFF .
- Click on the “Update” button to Add the new Weather Condition (see the Green box in Figure 3).
Edit Weather Condition
Click on the “edit” button to the left the Weather Condition you’d like to edit (see the Orange box in Figure 2) this will bring up the Edit Item window (see Figure 4).

- You can change the Weather Condition's Abbreviation. (Character Max: 50)
- Specify a new Weather Condition's Order By
- Specify if the Weather Condition is [ Active ] for use in the application by checking it ON/OFF .
- Please note: You cannot make a Weather Condition not active if it is in use
- Click on the “Update” button to Add the new Weather Condition (see the Green box in Figure 4).
Remove Weather Condition

- Click the "delete" button in the corresponding row of the Weather Condition you wish to remove (see Red box in Figure 5). Please note: You cannot delete a Weather Condition if it is in use
- Click "OK" in the dialogue box that appears to confirm you wish to delete the record.
