The Concrete Log List screen (see Figure 2) is where you can view and edit a concrete log.
You access Concrete Log from the Quality Control menu > Concrete Log shown below in Figure 1.

Add Concrete Log
To add new Concrete Log click on the Add New button (Red box, see Figure 2)
- Enter a Pour Date (Required) (see Figure 3)
- Select a Plant (Required)
- Enter Time
- Enter a Technician

Edit Concrete Log
To edit a concrete log, just update any one of the column values and then select the “Save” or “Save & Close” button to save your changes. If you don’t click on either the “Save” or “Save & Close” button and navigate off this screen, your changes will be lost.

Concrete Log – Add Beds
Under the Concrete Log Edit (See Figure 4) click on the top plus button (Orange box see Figure 4) to view the add bed screen.
On the Add bed screen all beds that have the bed date selected when you created the bed will be show. Click the checkbox next to the bed (See Figure 5) you would like to add to the screen then select the “Save” or “Save & Close” button to save your changes.

Concrete Log – Add Pieces
Under the Concrete Log Edit (See Figure 4) click on the bottom plus button (Blue box see Figure 4) to view the add pieces screen.
On the add pieces screen you will get a list of all of the pieces for the beds that you selected under the add beds screen. Click the checkbox next to the bed (See Figure 6) you would like to add to the screen then select the “Save” or “Save & Close” button to save your changes.

Delete Bed form Concrete Log
Only beds that don’t have any pieces that are in the concrete log can be deleted. Click on the X button under Actions (Red button see Figure 7) in the beds section of the screen.
Delete Piece form Concrete Log
Click on the X button under Actions (Orange button see Figure 7) in the pieces section of the screen.

To delete a concrete log, just click on the X button under Actions (Orange box see Figure 2) or the delete button (Red box in Figure 4) on the edit screen of the concrete log you wish to delete. You can only delete concrete log that doesn’t have any beds assigned to it.
Note: If a concrete log has a bed assigned to it, the delete button will be disabled.
