You access the View/Edit Production Pieces screen from the Engineering > View/Edit Production Pieces menu as shown below in figure 1.

The menu will bring you to the piece mark list screen shown below in figure 2. This screen allows you to view all piece mark information for a specific job.

- This is the job select box. Use this box to search for the desired job.
- Click on this tab to open the filter menu, that allows you to further refine the list of pieces shown on the screen, for the selected job.
- The report button allows you to print the list of pieces shown on the screen, along with corresponding material for each piece, if any.
- The export button allows you to export the list of pieces shown on the screen to Excel. The button brings up the modal dialog shown below, where you can select the columns to include/exclude from the export.

- Clicking on the “Add Piece” button will take you to the add new piece mark screen shown below, where you can create a new piece mark for the job. After filling out all required fields, clicking on “Save” or “Save & Close” will save the piece mark.

- The “Add from Template” button will open up the dialog shown below, and allow you to create a new piece mark based on a pre-defined template.

- This is the edit piece mark button. Clicking this will take you to the piece mark edit screen, where you will be able to make changes to a piece, depending on your screen permissions and/or the piece status.
- This button allows you to the existing piece into a new mark number, along with any associated materials and quantities.
- This button will allow you to delete a mark number as long as all quantities are still in backlog status.
