The Incorporated barcode scanner can be located on a few screens and is distinguished by a barcode icon.

To use the scanner, ensure that you have at least 1 camera available on the device (compatible with most non IOS devices).

As long as a camera is available, when you press the "Scan" button (Green Box on Fig. 1) a window will open and the live feed will start (Fig. 2).

To scan a barcode, align it to be as close to horizontal as possible on the camera feed. To ensure the best scan try to fill most of the window with the camera feed with the barcode like above on Fig. 2.

Once a barcode is recognized, the window will automatically close and insert the data retrieved from the barcode into the appropriate input field.

If you accidently open the scan window, simply click the "Close" button (Red box Fig. 2) to stop the camera and close the window.

To clear the input field and restore it to null, click the "Reset" button (Red box Fig. 1).

If you are using a device with more than 1 camera available, a selector will appear with a list of all cameras (Fig 3.). By default the scanner will select the first option. To switch to a different camera, simply select a different option from the list and a the new camera feed should automatically switch.
