Company Search Screen

On the Company Search screen, you can:

  • Sort the list of companies by clicking on any column headings.
  • Filter the list of all companies in CV.
  • Quick view company details.
  • Create a Company report pdf.
  • Add or edit companies.
  • Export the list of companies to Microsoft® Excel®.



Filter on Company Search Screen

The Company Search screen filter is used to search for companies based on any combination of the criteria fields shown on the screen. Enter your search criteria to quickly narrow the list of possibilities when looking for specific company records.



Company Information Screen

By using the tabs across the top of the Company Information screen, you can access contacts, classifications, subsidiaries, notes, attachments, projects, and activities associated with that specific company.


Company Tab

The Company tab displays a company's:

  • phone and fax numbers
  • primary contact
  • account type
  • street and mailing address  



Other Tab

The Other tab displays a company's:

  • email address
  • website address 
  • sic code
  • naics code
  • number emp
  • sale volume
  • social channels such as facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube
  • active status



Contacts Tab

The Contacts tab displays a list of all the contacts for that specific company. The list can be sorted by any column heading. You can also add or edit contacts from this screen.


The Contacts tab > Contact Information lists the information of a specific contact within that company: 

  • phone and fax numbers
  • email address
  • street and mailing address


By using the tabs across the top of the screen, you can also access the contacts notes, emails and projects associated with this contact.



Classification Tab

The Classification tab is where you can select which classification(s) the company belongs to. These classifications are used to create project resource drop-down list of values. 


Add or Edit Company Classifications

Add or edit the Company Classifications through the Configuration menu > CRM Setup > Company Classifications.


 


Subsidiaries Tab

The Subsidiaries tab allows you to:

  • Display all the child records associated with the company.
  • Add or delete child records.



Notes Tab

The Notes tab displays all the notes entered for the specified company. You can also create a new activity from this screen. Once a note is added into the system, it is stamped with the date, time and employee that entered the note. All notes entered into Concrete Vision cannot be edited once they are saved. This allows for a complete and accurate history of information.



Attachments Tab

The Attachment tab displays all attachments for which the company is associated.



Projects Tab

The Projects tab displays all projects for which the company is associated.



Activities Tab

The Activities tab displays all activities for which the company is associated.
