To Edit a Company's Details, first navigate to the Company Search screen by clicking the Company Search link under the CRM tab in the main menu (Figure 1).

On the list screen you can view some basic information for all companies that match the applied filter (The default filter is no filter, meaning all companies are listed).
** The currently selected heading to sort by will have the sort by icon next to it (

- Click any of the headings (see Orange box in Figure 2) to change the table to be sorted by that headings category.
- Click the same heading again to change the sort by function to be descending instead of the default ascending.

** searching and clearing the filter leaves the current screen, so ensure you have saved all changes you wish to keep before completing one of these actions.
- Click the "Filter" button at the top of the screen (Purple box in Figure 2) to open the filter menu (Figure 3) to search for specific results
- You can enter, change, and select any of the inputs/items to obtain specific results or fewer.
- To clear/reset a current filter press the "clear" button (Red box in Figure 3).
- To re-generate the table using the filter click the "search" button (Green box in Figure 3)
- To close/hide the filter press the "Filter" button again (Purple box in Figure 3).
Edit Company
Once on the company search screen click the "Edit" button for the corresponding Company you wish to edit (Yellow box in Figure 2).

** When navigating to other tabs or sub-menu's be aware any information you have entered or changed may be lost if you don't press the "Save" or "Save and Close" button before navigating.
This screen is where you can edit basic company address and contact information.
Using the tabs at the top of the screen (Purple box in Figure 4) you can also edit other company information such as contacts for the company or company notes for instance. To navigate to a different tab, just click on the title of the tab you wish to visit, then to edit any of the information and press "Save " (Green box in Figure 4) to be brought to the same screen after saving, or "Save and Close" (Red box in Figure 4) to save the information then return to the main company list screen. Some of the screens such as the Company information tab will have extra functions such as "Report" (Yellow box in Figure 4) that will allow you to do functions such as convert the screen to a report on a new tab as is the case for the report button, and some screens will have sub-menu's but as far as the company information goes the principal of entering or selecting the appropriate information then saving applies.
