Overview
The purpose of the Field NCR Undo Complete screen is to correct for when a field NCR is accidentally marked as Complete to re-adjust the associated flags and ties to the NCR process.
Accessing the Screen
You access Field NCR Undo Complete from the Field menu > Field NCR Undo Complete menu, shown below in Figure 1.

Figure 1
Using the Screen
Before you can select specific NCR's to undo, you must fill out the filter at the top of the screen, seen below in Figures 2 & 3. For instructions and information about the filter please see The Filter section of this article. Once you have selected all required dropdowns for the filter and clicked the search button, the list of applicable NCR's that are currently marked as completed and able to be undone are listed, see Figure 4. From this list you can select, one at a time, NCR's to undo from being marked as completed. For more information on this please see the Undoing Completed Field NCR's section of this article.
The Filter
The filter is designed to be completed/filled out from left to right, so you must select a Plant (Green box number 1 in Figure 2) in order to populate the Job Name dropdown (Purple box numbered 2 in Figure 2), and you must select a Job from the Job Name dropdown to populate the Piece Mark Dropdown (Red box numbered 4 in Figure 2). You must select a Plant and Job in order to perform a Search (Green box numbered 3 in Figure 4). The Piece Mark dropdown is OPTIONAL so you do not need to select one in order to produce the list of NCR's to undo complete for.
You can also clear the search criteria previously selected using the Clear button (Red box numbered 2 in Figure 3), which will reload the screen with a cleared filter.
- The Plant dropdown *Required (Green box numbered 1 in Figure 2) contains a list of plants that are active with active jobs. Selecting a plant will populate the Job Name dropdown based on the jobs associated to that plant.
- The Job Name dropdown *Required (Purple box numbered 2 in Figure 2) is where you select the job where the NCR was marked as complete. This dropdown is populated by active jobs. The Jobs are ordered by job number then name and can be searched for by either number or name using the search box (Orange box numbered 3 in Figure 2). Selecting a job will populate the Piece Mark dropdown with all Piece Marks that contain a piece that has been marked as closed that fit the Job Name and Plant criteria previously filled out.
- The Piece Mark dropdown *Optional (Red box numbered 4 in Figure 3, and Purple box numbered 1 in Figure 4) is not needed to perform the search to create the list of NCR's to Undo. This dropdown is comprised of Piece Marks that contain a piece that has been marked as closed that fits the Job Name and Plant criteria previously filled out. If you did want to select a Piece Mark this will limit the output of the search to that criteria.

Undoing Completed Field NCR's
Now that you have at least entered a Plant and Job in the filter and used the Search button, if there are any NCR's that are marked as complete that meet this criteria, they will be listed on the lower/main portion of the screen.
Undoing Complete NCR:
Once you have located the NCR you wish to undo completion for, press the Undo button on the left most column of that row containing the same NCR (Green box numbered 1 in Figure 4), and then you should see a message at the top of the screen indicating that the process has been completed.
Drawing Viewer:
You can pull up the drawing of the piece mark by clicking on the PDF icon next to the Piece Mark on the grid (Purple box numbered 2 in Figure 4).
Sorting:
You can sort through these records using any of the column headings that are blue (Orange box numbered 4 in Figure 4) and change the sort from Ascending to Descending by clicking on the same heading multiple times. For example, looking at Figure 4 if you wanted to change the sort to use the Date instead of the NCR No., you would just click on the Date heading at the top of the grid. If you wanted to then change the Date to sort in Descending order (in order of most recent) you would click on the Date heading again and this would sort it in descending order.
Pager:
The size of this list will depend on just how many NCR's meet the criteria but to accommodate for any lengthy lists we have a standard pager at the top of the screen (Red box numbered 4 in Figure 4). From this pager you can adjust the number of records displayed as well as the page you are on. The pager should adjust on the fly as you select options, so be aware that if you have a specific NCR pulled up and then adjust the number of records or page you are on, it will automatically switch/adjust the records and you might have to relocate that NCR.
