Estimate/Proposal Lookup

You can view and edit Estimate/Proposal information using the Lookup screen (Fig. 1)

By default, the only filters that are selected are the first 4 statuses (Sales Lead, In Quoting, In Estimate, and Proposal Sent), So all Est./Proposals fitting that criteria will be displayed in order of Oldest Bid Date.

Sorting

** The currently selected heading to sort by will have the sort by icon next to it ()

  1. Click any of the blue headings (see Black box in Fig. 2) to change the table to be sorted by that headings category.
  2. Click the same heading again to change the sort by function to be descending instead of the default ascending.

Filter

** searching and clearing the filter leaves the current screen, so ensure you have saved all changes you wish to keep before completing one of these actions.

*To change the filter to only display items you are included on, use the "My Projects" Button (Orange box in Fig. 2)

  1. Click the "Filter" button at the top of the screen (see the Purple box in Fig. 2) to open the filter menu.
  2. You can enter, change, and select any of the inputs/items to obtain specific results or fewer.
  3. To clear/reset a current filter press the "clear" button (see the Red box in Fig. 2).
  4. To re-generate the table using the filter click the "search" button (see the Green box in Fig. 2)
  5. To close/hide the filter press the "Filter" button again (see the Purple box in Fig. 2).

Edit

To edit the information associated with the Estimate or Proposal, Click the Edit Button (Yellow box in Fig. 2).

Notes and Comments

To add notes or comments to an Estimate or Proposal, Click the corresponding Notes Button (Pink box Fig. 2).

Clicking the button will open the window for adding or editing notes and comments (Fig. 3).

After editing or entering the comment use the Save Button (Green box Fig. 3).

To add or edit the Notes, use the appropriate button for the corresponding action (Yellow box Fig. 3)
