Safety Forms - Supervisor Report

Safety Forms - Supervisor Report modules are available within the "Safety" menu (Figure 1). There is one for every Safety Form created. These modules are used to view Safety Forms which employees have submitted for review. You will be able review, export and resend submitted forms from the Safety Forms - Supervisor Report module

Note: You need to have a Safety team setup or at least 1 person setup for the Safety Module to work correctly.

Add Safety Form

1. As seen in Figure 2, a user can directly access the Safety Form submission page by clicking on the [+ Add] (Figure 2 orange outline).

Review Submitted Safety Form

1. To view a submitted Safety Form, click on the icon seen in (Figure 2 outlined in green) to left of the submitted Safety Form you would like to review.

Export Submitted Safety Form

1. To export a Safety Form with any uploaded attachments, click on the Export button  (Figure 3 orange outline)  at the top left of the page.

Note: You may be prompted by your browser to Allow multiple downloads. Please click Allow so that the export can succeed.

Download/View Attachments from a Submitted Safety Form

1. To view one of the attachments, click on the on the first icon shown in Figure 3purple outline to the left of the name of the file you want to view.
   1. Note: The viewer will open in a new window or tab.
2. To download one of the attachments, click on the on the second icon shown in Figure 3 purple outline to the left of the name of the file you wish to download. 
   1. Note: Your browser may prompt you to allow the download

Resend Submitted Safety Form

1. To Resend a Safety Form with any uploaded attachments, click on the [Submit] button  (Figure 3 green outline) at the bottom of the page. 

Note: Emails may be delayed due to possible queuing.
