Behavioral Based Observations - Supervisors

Overview

The Behavioral Based Observations - Supervisors screen displays a sortable table of submitted BBOs.

Accessing the Screen

Navigate to Safety > BBO Supervisor from the main menu (Figure 1). 

Note: The BBO Supervisor menu item will not display if the user does not have the permissions to access the page.

Using the Behavioral Based Observations - Supervisor Screen

The BBO Supervisor screen will load with a sortable table of the BBOs (Figure 2). By default, it is sorted by Date of Observation with newest first. Click the blue arrow and the sort will be reversed.

View a Completed BBO

1. (Figure 3) will open BBO in Edit mode
2. will open audit dialog (shows when BBO was created, modified, and by whom (Figure 4).
3. a new BBO (takes you to a Create page).

Editing a BBO

From the Behavioral Based Observation - Supervisor screen:

1. Click the Edit icon. It will open the BBO in Edit mode.
2. Make needed edits.
3. Click the Submit button.
