Risk Levels

Overview

Risk Levels are custom levels of risk that display after each Observation Topic on the Behavioral Based Observations screen. 

Accessing the Screen

Navigate to Configuration > Safety Setup > Risk Levels from the main menu (Figure 1).

Adding a New Risk Level

From the Risk Levels screen (Figure 2):

1. Click the Add New Record button (green box in Figure 2). An Add New popup window (Figure 3) will appear.
2. Enter a Description for the new risk level.
3. Check the box to make the risk level active in CV.
4. Select the Order By number to determine display order.
5. Click the Save button in the Add New window (Figure 3).

Editing a Risk Level

From the Risk Levels screen (Figure 2):

1. Click the Edit icon (yellow box in Figure 2) next to the risk level. An Edit popup window will appear.
2. Make any needed edits.
3. Click the Save button.

Deleting a Risk Level

From the Risk Levels screen (Figure 2):

1. Click the Delete icon (red box in Figure 2) next to the risk level.
2. Confirm deletion by clicking the Okay button.

Note: A risk level cannot be deleted if it is being used in a safety form.
