Overview
Concrete Vision (CV) provides 5 types of licenses that grant end users the right to use one or more copies of the software without violating copyrights. Each license type offers different levels of access and functionality.

Detailed License Descriptions
1. Reporting User License
Minimum Licenses Required: 0
Definition: This license is the most limited.
Capabilities:
- View and print any reports or exports listed on the Reports Menu
- View and export any exports listed on the Accounting Menu
- Use Advanced PDF Viewer
- Note: IT Support User and Enterprise User can limit which reports are available to each user
2. Standard User License
Minimum Licenses Required: 7
Definition: This license allows access to only certain areas of the application.
Capabilities:
- Access to the Reports menus (limited to STD License Type level or below)
- Can be assigned access to any four (4)of the following menus:
- CRM
- Sales
- Jobs
- Engineering
- Production
- Quality Control
- Yarding
- Dispatch
- Field
- Accounting
- PDF Annotations and Advanced PDF Viewer
- Can be assigned menu items at a STD License Type level or below on those four (4) top-level menus.
3. Professional User License
Minimum Licenses Required: 3
Definition: This license allows access to most common areas of the application.
Capabilities:
- Access to the Reports menus (limited to PRO License Type level or below)
- Can be assigned access to any seven (7)of the following menus:
- CRM
- Sales
- Jobs
- Engineering
- Production
- Quality Control
- Yarding
- Dispatch
- Field
- Accounting
- Configuration
- PDF Annotations and Advanced PDF Viewer
- Can be assigned menu items at a PRO License Type level or below on those seven (7) top-level menus.
4. Enterprise User License
Minimum Licenses Required: 2
Definition: This license allows access to all areas of the application and all data in the database.
Capabilities:
- Full access to all Menu items
- Manage users and user permissions
- Maintain all system setup and configuration
- PDF Annotations and Advanced PDF Viewer
- Primary Support person
5. IT Support User License
Minimum Licenses Required: 0
Definition: This license allows access to all areas of the application and all data in the database.
Capabilities:
- Full access to all Menu items
- Manage users and user permissions
- Maintain all system setup and configuration
- PDF Annotations and Advanced PDF Viewer
- Primary Support person
- Restriction: Use of Concrete Vision limited to a support role only, not day-to-day functions outside of the items listed above
Choosing the Right License
When selecting license types for your organization, consider:
- The specific functionality needed by different user roles
- Minimum license requirements for each type
