Job Milestone Dates

You can navigate to the Job Milestone Dates screen to view and edit Milestone Dates from the Jobs menu (Figure 1)

Export


**Filters used for the screen will also be reflected in the export

You can export a copy of the screen to an Excel file by using the Export Button (Orange box in Figure 2).

Sorting

** The currently selected heading to sort by will have the sort by icon next to it ()

  1. Click any of the headings (see Orange box in Figure 2) to change the table to be sorted by that headings category.
  2. Click the same heading again to change the sort by function to be descending instead of the default ascending.

Filter

** Searching and Clearing the filter leaves the current screen, so ensure you have saved all changes you wish to keep before completing one of these actions.

  1. Click the Filter button at the top of the screen (see the Purple box in Figure 2) to open the filter menu (see the Figure 3) to search for specific results
  2. You can enter, change, and select any of the inputs/items to obtain specific results or fewer.
  3. To clear/reset a current filter press the Clear button (see the Red box in Figure 3).
  4. To quickly apply a filter where you are the Project Contact, use the My Projects Button (Green box Fig. 2)
  5. To re-generate the table using the filter click the Search button (see the Green box in Figure 3)
  6. To close/hide the filter press the Filter button again (see the Purple box in Figure 3).

View

The right side of the screen (Red box Figure 2) has a horizontal scroll and displays filled in milestone dates for each Job listed.

If the Estimated date has passed without the Actual date being filled in, the corresponding Actual cell will be highlighted yellow.


Edit

To edit the Milestone Dates for a Job, use the corresponding Edit Button (Yellow box Fig. 2), which will redirect you to that Job’s Milestone Dates Edit screen (Figure 4).

For each Milestone you can add an Estimated and Actual date. Once all changes to or additional dates have been added, use the Save or Save & Close Button (Green box Figure 4) to save those changes.
