You access the Loads screen by using the Dispatch tab of the main menu at the top of the screen (Figure 1).

On the loads screen you can see a list of all the jobs and their corresponding loads that match the filter (default is to show all loads)
** The currently selected heading to sort by will have the sort by icon next to it (

- Click any of the headings (see Orange box in Figure 2) to change the table to be sorted by that headings category.
- Click the same heading again to change the sort by function to be descending instead of the default ascending.
Also mind the key at the top of the screen to get further information about load, such as any issues preventing it from being delivered.
Filter for Loads

** searching and clearing the filter leaves the current screen, so ensure you have saved all changes you wish to keep before completing one of these actions.
- Use any of the input fields for the filter at the top of the screen (Purple box in Figure 3).
- You can enter, change, and select any of the inputs/items to obtain specific results or fewer.
- To clear/reset a current filter press the "clear" button (Red box in Figure 3).
- To re-generate the table using the filter click the "search" button (Green box in Figure 3)
Delivered/Ticket/Pick List
In order to use any of these buttons (Teal box in Figure 2), you must mark any applicable loads using the corresponding check box in the loads column (Teal box in Figure 2). Only loads with pieces on them can be used selected for these actions.

Add New Load
To add a new load you first have to choose a location and job in the filter (For how to use the filter see above). Once those have been added, when you press the "Add New" button (Green box in Figure 4), a new load, 1 number higher than the previously highest number, will be created.
Edit Basic Load Information
To edit any of the information on the main list screen, adjust any of the input fields and either press the "Save" button to return to the same screen, or "Save & Close" button (both in Yellow box in Figure 4) to return to the main menu.
Location
To pull up the location in google maps, click the places icon on the corresponding load (Purple box in Figure 2).
Delete Load
To delete a load, click on the "X" (Red box in Figure 2) of the corresponding row of the load you wish to delete.
Mark as Delivered.
Only loads that have no piece problems, listed in key and also when hover over "envelope icon" (Yellow box in Figure 2) , may be marked as delivered and emails sent.
Edit Load
To edit load details and pieces, click on the "edit button" (Green box in Figure 2) of the corresponding load you wish to edit.

Edit Load Information
To edit some basic and detailed load information, use the inputs at the top of the screen and just make sure to use the "Save" changes to return to the screen or "Save & Close" (both in Yellow box in Figure 5) buttons to retain any adjusted or added information.
Load Sheet
To view or print the load sheet PDF containing the load pieces, click on the "Load Sheet" button (Orange box in Figure 5).
Delivery Ticket/Delivered
Both reports are only active once the load has been officially delivered (Purple box in Figure 5).
Remove Pieces
To remove pieces, check all the pieces you wish to remove on the loads - edit screen, then once all pieces are marked, press the save or save and close button and enter a reason on the modal input that pops up. When you have entered a reason, conform that you want to remove the pieces.
Add Piece(s)
To Add pieces to the load click on the "Add Piece" button (Green box in Figure 5). This will take you to the Add piece(s) screen where you can view all available pieces to be added to the load (Figure 6).
List Pieces

On the List Pieces screen you can sort the headings like on the list loads screen (Orange box in Figure 6). You can filter pieces to add by using the top inputs (Purple box in Figure 6) and the "Search" and "Clear" buttons (Red and Yellow boxes respectively in Figure 6) and the same rules as with other filters mentioned above apply. Once the pieces you would like to add have been checked on the left most column (Pink box in Figure 6) of the row you wish to add, then press the "Save" or "Save & Close" (Green box in Figure 6)
**Rows will be highlighted with any key information that corresponds to the key at the top of the page
Materials

From the material tab you can add and delete material pertaining to the load. To add an item, fill out the top row of the table. Once appropriate information has been added and/or changed, click the "+" button (Green box in Figure 7) to add the new material. To edit any materials, simply adjust the fields and press the save or save and close button depending on if you wish to go back to the loads screen. If you wish to delete the material, press the "X" button (Red box in Figure 7) on the corresponding row of the material you wish to delete and confirm the deletion.
Equipment

From the equipment tab you can add and delete equipment pertaining to the load. To add an item, fill out the top row of the table, the information will be automatically filled out by selecting the appropriate item in the description selector, but can be adjusted manually afterwards. Once appropriate information has been added and/or changed, click the "+" button (Green box in Figure 8) to add the new equipment. To edit any equipment, simply adjust the fields and press the save or save and close button depending on if you wish to go back to the loads screen. If you wish to delete the equipment, press the "X" button (Red box in Figure 8) on the corresponding row of the equipment you wish to delete and confirm the deletion.
Braces

From the braces tab you can add and delete braces for the load. To add an item, fill out the top row of the table, the weight will be automatically filled out by selecting the appropriate item in the braces selector, but can be adjusted manually afterwards. Once appropriate information has been added and/or changed, click the "+" button (Green box in Figure 9) to add the new braces. To edit any braces, simply adjust the fields and press the save or save and close button depending on if you wish to go back to the loads screen. If you wish to delete a brace, press the "X" button (Red box in Figure 9) on the corresponding row of the brace you wish to delete and confirm the deletion.
Special Instructions

For the special instructions tab there is a large text box for you to input any special instructions.
Additional Information

To add any additional information fill out any of the inputs, then press the save or save and close buttons at the top of the screen respective to whether or not you want to return to the main load screen.
Attachments

From the Attachment tab you can add, delete, view, and download attachments for the load. To add an attachment, press the "+ Add" button (Green box in Figure 12) and fill out the information on the modal window that opens. Confirm the upload on the modal to add the attachment. To view an attachment press the corresponding folder icon of the attachment you wish to view (Yellow box in Figure 12). To download an attachment press the download icon of the corresponding attachment (Orange box Figure 12). If you wish to delete an attachment, press the "X" button (Red box in Figure 12) on the corresponding row of the attachment you wish to delete and confirm the deletion.
Notes

**Notes cannot be deleted
From the notes tab you can add and edit notes for the load. To add a note, click the "+Add" button (Green box in Figure 13) and enter the text in the modal window that opens, then confirm the entry on the modal. To edit a note, click the edit button (Yellow box in Figure 13) on the corresponding row of the note you want to edit. You can also sort the notes by heading like the screens above.
