The NCR Screen Perm setup screen shown in Figure 2, lists the various NCR screens available. Each "Filename" is a different screen within the system, with distinct permissions. The "ffNCR.cfm" file for example contains the permissions for the "Field NCR" screen (Field > Field NCRs).
You access the NCR Screen Perm via Configuration > Field Setup > NCR Screen Perm, as shown below in Figure 1.

Permissions
- The First Permissions group, which is the "Filter Status Field List" (Figure 3), allows you to limit the statuses the user is allowed to see/filter-by on the list screen.
- The Second Permissions group, which is the "Filter Status Field Selected" (Figure 3), allows you to specify what filters are selected by default.

- The Third Permissions group, which is the "Edit Screen Status Options" (Green box in Figure 4), allows you to specify what statuses the user has access to for a particular NCR screen. You can see those statuses in the dropdown (NCR status), Yellow box in Figure 5.

- The Fourth Permissions group which is the "Edit Screen Editable Field List" (Blue box in Figure 4), allows you to specify which fields are editable to the user, such as the "Cause Description"(Black box in Figure 5), or which actions the user is allowed to perform, such as "Convert to Production NCR" (Red box in Figure 5), on the add/edit screen. See Figure 6.
