Set up pre-established project mobilization dates to track your company’s projects mobilization progress. These active Project Mobilization dates will be shown within the “Jobs > Job Lookup” menu. From the Job Lookup screen search for the job you’d like to set the date a mobilization event occurred. From the “Project Information” screen click on the “Mobilizations” tab. The mobilization dates activated from the “Configuration > Project Setup -> Mobilization Date Setup” screen will be found to the right of the mobilization details as titled columns with date-pickers.

You access Mobilization Date Setup from the Configuration menu under Project Setup (Figure 1).

Edit Mobilization Dates
- Click on the item you need to edit. (Green Boxes see Figure 2).
- You can modify the description. [Required to have text]
- You can modify the active state.
- You can modify the order by.
- Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 2) to save the updated information.
Note: Leaving the screen after making changes will not be saved unless the Save or Save & Close buttons are used.
