Creating Meeting Templates Topic Items expedites the process of adding meeting agenda items to a projects documents. Those active Meeting Templates Topic Items will be shown within the menu “Jobs > Project Documents” Topics tab when editing a Job’s meetings. Once editing from the “Meeting – Edit” screen you will see the “Topics” tab. The Meeting Template Topic Item’s can be further customized for your meeting by clicking the edit button to the left of the Topic Item’s name.

Add Meeting Templates – Topic Item
- Click on the [Add new Record] (Orange Box see Figure 2) The Add field will open.
- Enter the topic item’s title. [Required to have text]
- Enter the topic item’s description.
- Set the priority.
- Set the active state.
- Enter an order by if needed.
- Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 2) to save this information.

Edit Meeting Templates – Topic Item
- Click on the item you need to edit. (Green Boxes see Figure 3).
- You can modify the title.
- You can modify the description.
- You can modify the priority.
- You can modify the active state.
- You can modify the order by.
- Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 3) to save the updated information.
Note: If you don’t click on either the Save or Save and Close button and navigate off this screen, your changes will be lost.

Delete Meeting Templates – Topic Item
To delete a Meeting Templates Topic Item, just click on the delete button of the Meeting Templates Topic Item (Red Box to the left of the Topic Item’s name (Red Box) in Figure 4) you wish to delete. Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 4) to save the deletion.
