Create Meeting Templates Topics as options for projects documents. Those active Meeting Templates Topics will be shown within the menu “Jobs > Project Documents” Meetings tab when editing a Job’s meetings. Once editing from the “Meeting – Edit” screen you will see the “General” tab. The Meeting Template drop list options are labeled as “Meeting Template”.

Meeting Templates can be accessed via Configuration menu > Projects Setup > Meeting Templates as seen in Figure 1

Add Meeting Templates – Topic
- Click on the [Add new Record] (Orange Box see Figure 2) The Add field will open.
- Enter a topic. [Required]
- Set the active state.
- Enter an order by if needed.
- Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 2) to save this information.

Edit Meeting Templates – Topic
- Click on the item you need to edit. (Green Boxes see Figure 3).
- You can modify the topic.
- You can modify the active state.
- You can modify the order by.
- Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 3) to save the updated information.
**If you don’t click on either the Save or Save and Close button and navigate off this screen, your changes will be lost.

Delete Meeting Templates – Topic
To delete a Meeting Templates Topic, just click on the delete button of the Meeting Templates Topic (Red Box to the right of the Edit Topics Button (Red Box) in Figure 4) you wish to delete. Click the [Save] (Green Box top right of Figure 4) to save the deletion. Please note: You can only delete a Meeting Templates Topic that does not currently have any details assigned to it. If the Meeting Templates – Topic has items assigned to it, the delete button will be disabled.
