This page allows you to set what displays in the Source of Project drop down when you create a new opportunity in Concrete Vision.
You access Project Sources from Configuration > Sales Setup > Project Sources, shown below.

The Sales Product List screen (see Figure 1) is where you can view and edit a Project Source record.

Add Project Source
- Click on the Add (Orange Box top left screen in Figure 2). The Add/Edit screen (shown below) will open (Figure 3).
- Enter a description.
- Check or uncheck Active if required. Active is the default value when creating a new record.
- Enter an order by. The order by field will default to the next available number.
- Click the “Update” button to save this information and close the popup.

Edit Project Source
- Click on the edit button. (Green Box see Figure 2).
- You can modify the description.
- You can activate or deactivate the item.
- You can modify the order by.

Delete Project Source
To delete a Project Source, just click on the delete button of the Project Source (Red Box to the right of the Edit Button (Green Box) in Figure 2) you wish to delete. You can only delete a Project Source that is not currently assigned to an opportunity. If the Project Source has been used in an opportunity, the delete button will be disabled (Figure 5). You will be prompted to confirm that you want to delete the record (Figure 6).

Audit Fields
Click the i icon to see who created and/or modified a record and when the action took place (Figure 7).
